We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on top of a shopping mall, was extremely convenient for us. We could easily access shops and commercial services without having to venture out far. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the management always gave personalized answers to our queries. The dining restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed relaxing by the leisure swimming pool and making use of the free Wi-Fi provided. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here a truly memorable experience.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Normal hotel, nothing great. There is simple dry market and food available nearby.
Bed are not clean. Got bitten by bed bugs throughout the 3nities. After changing room on the 2nd note, also face the same bed bugs bitten problem. Complain to hotel manager n bring me to see doctor clinic n understand from the nurse there that I am not the first case who has bed bugs bitten while sleeping at this horrible hotel n c doctor there for medical treatment. Can find dust below the room chairs. Breakfast has no creativity, 4 days 95% of the breakfast foods are the same. Rooms no internet, need to serve internet at lobby area only (free).

The bed was super comfy and the staff were really nice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a bite, for example, Xenri Japanese Cuisine is just a 10-minute stroll away. 🍜

I liked the fact that it had separate living area to the bedroom. It meant we could put the baby cot in the living area and not disturb him. There was also a microwave which meant i could heat up baby food easily.
-The room was pretty dirty. -The white bed sheets were no longer white but a horrible stained yellow colour with black dirt marks on them. -The towels were also pretty dirty as well. There was hair left over in bathroom that wasn't ours. -The swimming pool was closed for renovations. We wouldn't be able to hit the town with a baby so a pool was very important. - The breakfast was pretty horrible. At least there was toast and eggs however the chef couldn't even do fried eggs. Instead i got something that looked liked fried scrambled eggs.

The room was large and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was really good.
I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. There was no wi fi internet access in the room. There was no movie access on the tv and the staff had a difficult time understanding English. If you go to this hotel and you want internet access in your room, you will need to take an rj 45 internet cable with you.

Friendly and helpful staff, allowed early check-in for my parents. Enjoyed the delicacies at the 23rd floor executive lounge. Thumbs up to the chef and staff. I'd recommend this hotel.

Only thing nice about this hotel was convenient location for my meetings and that is next to Starbucks!
Sorry, I did not enjoy my stay! The staff at the breakfast session lack manners and rude. They asked us to set our own table!(cannot believe this!) and the big crowd was very poorly managed. There is no smile on any of the staff's face!!! Hotel rooms were poorly serviced, facilities were poorly maintained. Towels were not clean.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall which was very helpful for running errands. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. There were also many restaurant options in the surrounding area.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I stayed for 5 days and the only let down is the breakfast is the same every morning. You need to have more variety of things
